As a Front Desk Attendant at our gym, you will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome and Greet: Greet members and guests warmly as they enter the gym, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Membership Management: Assist with new member sign-ups, renewals, and membership inquiries. Maintain accurate membership records and ensure compliance with membership policies.
  3. Check-In and Check-Out: Manage the check-in and check-out process for gym users, ensuring they have access to facilities and services according to their membership status.
  4. Information and Assistance: Provide information about gym services, classes, and programs. Assist members with inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  5. Sales and Promotions: Promote gym memberships, products, and services to current and potential members. Encourage participation in classes, personal training sessions, and other offerings.
  6. Facility Maintenance: Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including equipment such as computers, phones, and point-of-sale systems. Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  7. Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of members and staff by monitoring access to the gym, following security protocols, and addressing any safety concerns or incidents effectively.
